Freshmen Health Examination
Please Note: This health examination is different from the medical checkup required for your Resident Visa application. The university co-organizes this specific checkup with designated hospitals.
Examination Dates & Times:
September 4, 5, 7, and 8: 08:00 – 16:00
September 9: 08:00 – 12:00
What to Bring:
Passport or ARC
National Health Insurance (NHI) card (if available)
If you cannot attend the on-campus examination, you may visit our contracted hospital during the specified period below.
Hospital: Tung’s Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital (Wuqi Campus)
Period: September 10 – October 16, 2026
Designated Service Hours:
Wednesdays: 08:00 – 11:00
Fridays: 13:30 – 16:00
Location: B1 Health Examination Center (No. 699, Sec. 8, Taiwan Blvd., Wuqi Dist., Taichung City)

Important Requirement: Please fast for 6–8 hours prior to your check-up.
What to Bring: Passport/ARC, Student ID card, and NHI card (if available).
Fee Details:
Within designated hours: NT$575
Outside designated hours: An additional registration fee of NT$200 will be charged (Total: NT$775).
Students may choose to complete the checkup at any qualified hospital near their residence.

You must download and use the official Feng Chia University Student Health Examination Form
Only checkups completed after June 1, 2026 will be accepted.
Please submit the completed and stamped form to the campus Health Center by September 30, 2026.
Estimated Fee: Approx. NT$2,000 – NT$3,500 (varies by hospital).
